• Garbage Bags: In order to start your cleaning process, you need to get rid of that used tissue you’ve had stuck in between your seat. Clean out everything that is in your vehicle, even if you need it in your car, place it aside so you can clean the vehicle fully. Throw any wrappers, tissues, or that opened cereal bar you never finished.
• Dry Rag: With a dry rag, wipe any dust in your vehicle.
• Vacuum: Vacuum your seats gently as well as the floor of the vehicle to get rid of any extra crumbs.
• Air Fresheners: Even clean vehicles have a tendency of smelling. BAM! Use those air fresheners, Gain, Febreze, and Air Wick are just some of the plug-in air fresheners. Make sure to replace them when they run low.
• Organize! In order to keep your vehicle from getting messy, organization is key! Get crates to put in your trunk for extra storage for your belongings. Add blankets, water, those chapsticks rolling around in your backseat, etc. Also, spare change is always all over the place. So add an old cheese container (best advice would be to wash it out first), and just keep it in your center console for easy storage and so you can cash out that change when it’s filled!
• Tissues and Wipes: Tissues are always needed! Hand sanitizer is also a good product to keep handy, you never know what germs are lurking on your hands. Wipes, to clean your hands before touching your steering wheel.
