Fiore VW

Later this week, the new Golf GTI Clubsport will be unveiled by Volkswagen Lake Wörthersee much to the delight of Golf GTI enthusiasts everywhere. This new concept model is a near production ready version of the vehicle which will be officially released in early 2016 in order to celebrate the Golf GTI’s 40 Anniversary.

While fans will still have to wait until the beginning of next year in order to purchase this model, they will at least be able to find out what to expect when it finally arrives. This model has been given a complete redesign with new features such as an aerodynamically highly innovative roof-edge spoiler, new side sills, a new front bumper and a specially developed rear diffuser.

The performance system in the Golf GTI Clubman will be a full 35 PS higher than the Golf GTI Performance with 195 kW / 265 PS making this the brand’s most powerful GTI ever. The system will also offer a boost option through which drivers can gain an additional 10 percent power boost for their vehicle. With this boost option and the impressive new driving and handling dynamics seen on this model, its performance is of the same quality as Motorsport vehicles.
