This model is available as either the 2015 VW Golf R or the Golf R with DCC®. Both options come standard with a 292 horsepower 2.0L Turbocharged engine paired with a six-speed DSG® Automatic Transmission and 4Motion® Permanent All-Wheel-Drive with Haldex® Center Differential.

The 2015 VW Golf R has an EPA estimate of 23 MPG City/ 30 MPG Highway*.
